Downtown Mt. Pleasant invites you to participate in the annual Pumpkin Promenade, held on Halloween from 4-6pm in downtown. Children 12 years and under are invited to dress in their Halloween costumes, trick or treat at local downtown businesses and enjoy fun filled activities!
